  Neil gave a quote and explained the breakdown of the costs. Booked in on a date and time that suited. Arrived early and carried out the work in a timely manner, explained everything to me. Couldn’t fault anything.

  Gas leak/ boiler service/ cooker installation

  The long and short of it, Neil was incredible. He was booked in to do a boiler service and cooker installation, in the meantime I discovered I had a gas leak. I contacted Neil to advise that this was an additional job, without hesitation he agreed to do it, whilst also offering to come to do it all earlier on a Sunday. It wasn’t the easiest gas leak to find! Neil was extremely thorough, explained everything that was happening and what needed to happen. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now! Thank you!

  A very pleasant boiler repair experience

  I would recommend Neil without any hesitation. He communicated well from first contact to the end of the job, explaining what he was doing at each stage in a clear and pleasant manner. I'm extremely happy with his repair and service of my boiler, and he will be the one I will call on in the future.
