Polite , friendly and efficient.

Saw Neil's van whilst driving. Called him next day and within 5 days he came around and quoted. He explained the work needed and why and quoted. Quote was very reasonable and once accepted a date was agreed. His son Alex and a colleague arrived when Neil said they would and installed the loft ladder quickly with minimum noise, dirt and aggro. Very professional, polite and friendly.

Neil came around to give the initial quote. Arrived when he said he would and was the best price of the three quotes I obtained before choosing his company. He was also the only one to turn up at the time he said he would! Alex and Alan came to do the job and were very professional.Arrived promptly and got on with the job. They were thorough with cleaning up after themselves and demonstrated how to operate the hatch. The work done is to a high standard and it blends in really well with the ceiling. I couldn’t be happier with the work that has been done, especially for the price.
