Really happy with the work that was done and happy to recommend

From the initial appointment I knew that this was the company to book. Neil was very knowledgable and great with advice on what could be done. A very acceptable quote was quick to follow and a date arranged that suited me. Excellent communication and arrival time was txt on route. The guys were extremely professional and very helpful. The work was carried out to a very high standard and everything was kept neat and extremely tidy. A demonstration was given on how to safely use the loft ladder which was very much appreciated. Use this company!

They reso ded very promptly to my request and the preliminary visit provided plenty of opportunity to discuss requirements and options. The estimate was provided very quickly and a date set for the work in 3 weeks. On the day they confirmed arrival time. I was amazed that they were able to board part of the loft and fit a wooden ladder in half a day. They were extremely efficient and the work was done to a high standard. They left the house clean and tidy and were friendly and informative. I would strongly recommend them.

Contact and communication with Neil was quick and efficient. He gave us different options and prices. He and his team were punctual, they sent a message when they were on their way. Alex and Alan were polite and very pleasant. They took great care to protect the carpets in the house on a very wet day. The work was carried out exactly as planned and to a very good standard. The house was left clean and tidy. We would certainly recommend this company.

I chose Neil (and Alex) Harding based on reviews and on the fact that Neil replied to my enquiry promptly and visited within a day or two. It was immediately apparent that he understood my requirements. His price was middle of the range and a date for a month's time was agreed. No deposit required. Alex arrived exactly on time, having sent me a text on the morning. The job was done in about 90 minutes. No fuss and no mess. Neil and Alex make a great team and are pleasure to work with.
