Quite a major refurbishment, transformed our lounge/diner and separate kitchen into a kitchen/diner & separate lounge, plus new flooring laid in kitchen/diner/hallway/cloakroom, new cloakroom toilet, artex ceiling in lounge redone/plastered/skimmed. A load bearing wall was taken down between kitchen/diner, stud wall put up between diner/lounge, Neil and Gary were amazing, they faced a lot of challenges (seems our house isn't straight, walls/ceilings out) but weren't deterred, they worked around and found solutions to any issues, they've done a fantastic job, gr8 guys, I'd highly recommend :o)

Neil did a fabulous job on our utility room/downstairs loo and it is the second project he has completed for us. He makes everything so easy and stress-free, he is so meticulous with planning and communicating so you feel so well-informed and confident in his work before it even starts. There are always unforeseen problems, but our old and house has many curveballs to throw and Neil is so good at solving problems and working around issues. He goes the extra mile to make everything perfect and we wouldn't consider working with anyone else for future projects :)

Nothing is too much trouble for these two. They are always on time, graft all day long and are meticulously tidy. I am incredibly happy with my new bathroom and bijou en-suite. A few weeks after they had left site I received a courtesy call to ensure all works were still satisfactory. I would highly recommend.

This is the second time we have used Neil and Gary and I would not hesitate to use them a third time. I’m not sure if they are the cheapest option, but what they are is professional, skilled, tidy, reliable, punctual and give you reassurance/extensive knowledge for what can be a stressful process. They were always polite and took time to answer any queries and concerns we had. They were also adaptable as at point we changed our thoughts as the renovations progressed. They suggested ideas, which helped with the final results, which we are really pleased with.

Neil and Gary just completed a hallway renovation which included a complete change of staircase and panelling. They were both exceptional and worked incredibly hard - nothing was too much and they went above and beyond at each stage. They came across some unexpected issues and offered options and solutions and were more than happy to sort these as they went which was amazing. Communication was brilliant and time keeping was perfect - thank you so much. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly be asking them to work with us again in the future.

Neil and Gary are so hardworking. They graft all day long. They are considerate to the home owner and their neighbours. They are the tidiest builders I have ever encountered always hoovering and sweeping up at the end of every day. Even the rubble to be collected was stacked neatly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
