I booked in NE Plastering 6 days before the job. I rearranged my morning that day as they said they would need to arrive early. They then did not show up and did not message me to say they were not coming. I chased them up in the morning when they should have already arrived only to be told they had taken on a different job (and not bothered to let me know.) I’m really sad to get this feedback. I did message on the day to say I couldn’t come. I’m a new first-time dad and we’ve been in and out of hospital, so things have been manic. I’m upset as this means less work, making it harder to put food on the table.
