  Shower cartridge replacement.

  Our shower started to drip and as our home emergency policy provider wouldn’t cover it we called Neatis. We’d used them before to fit our bathroom. Tim came out and identified the problem very quickly. He gave me a link to the part I needed to order and when it arrived Tim came back and fitted it. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything. We’d had a quote from a plumbing company previously which turned out to be a lot more than what Neatis had charged so I will definitely use them again.

  Leaking shower fixed

  I had a pipe burst under the shower, Tim was brilliant, he came the same day, fixed it for me in a flash. He even checked in with me the following day to make sure everything was okay. Top bloke, top plumber, I highly recommend.

  Shower head issue

  I had my bathroom completely renovated a few years ago and I was so impressed by Tim’s work at the time. When I had an issue with the shower head I had no hesitation in contacting him to look at it. He was able to fix it and even contacted me afterwards to make sure everything was ok. I cannot fault the service he provided and would not hesitate to recommend him

  Electric water heater installation

  Tim and his team installed a new electric water heater for me and have done some follow-up work servicing it. Good value and work always completed to a high standard - highly recommend!

  Replacement of old bathroom cistern and toilet following large crack that occurred in the cistern

  Tim of Neatis Ltd came to my rescue quickly and helped me choose an appropriate new toilet and cistern that would minimise the disruption and remedial work to the surrounding area. We went together to purchase and collect the toilet, cistern etc. the same morning and the fitting was completed the same day. Tim worked very hard and his labour charge was very reasonable. A minor problem occurred 2/3 weeks later and he quickly came to resolve it. I have already asked him to do another job
