  Repair leaking Boiler

  Craig contacted us straight away and visited the same day to inspect the boiler. Problem identified , part ordered and it was all done as soon as the part arrived. Craig and Tom are lovely young men. Really polite and hard working and I would definitely recommend them . We will undoubtedly use them again.

  Very pleased with Neat Heat. Tom visited, said he could replace our 20 year old boiler with one by Ideal Heating at a discount price and provided a very competitive quote by return. Fitment was arranged within three weeks, though NH could have done it earlier. Fitment by Craig took one day including drain down, refill, chemical flush. The next day he returned to drain down, refill and check everything running ok, which it was. Can't fault his attention to detail including explaining the magnetic filter workings, and running condensate pipe internally to washing machine drain, not external.

  A company not just out to make a quick buck out of people's lack of knowledge

  I had an issue with my heating. All the other companies wanted to charge me over £100 before they'd even diagnosed it. Tommy rang me and talked me through a minor fix on my boiler, just moving a switch, and the heating came straight on! Didn't charge me anything but fixed the problem totally. Will be going back to him for any future works for certain. Thank you!
