Andrew has just completed a pitched roof on our new porch. and we are over the moon with the outcome. Andrew finished the works before the deadline and it was completed to the highest standard. I would not recommend this builder. I paid him in full to install a new flat roof. On the last day, he pointed out that there was a gap between the roof and the wall and said he would come back to install the fascia to finish it off. However, he never returned to complete the work. When I followed up multiple times, he kept postponing the dates and eventually started showing a poor attitude toward me. To make things worse, he later claimed that installing the fascia would be an extra cost — even though it was clearly part of completing the roof properly. This has been a frustrating and disap

Andy and his team did a full roof replacement on our bungalow, including removal of an old chimney. This wasn’t an easy job but the team worked tirelessly to get it done, and we are so pleased with the finished work. Andy was great at communicating throughout and has gone above and beyond to help us. Despite hiccups out of our control, the team have worked over time to finish, and make sure it’s ready for our family to move into this week. Andy will be prompt in his replies, offer helpful advice and make sure you are getting the most for your money.

We had a complete reroof and we are extremely happy with the result. Andy and his team were punctual, polite & hard working. Our roof was in a poor state with lots of rotten wood but the team weren’t phased and the job was completed quickly and efficiently would 100% recommend to anyone.

Our homebuyer survey raised some issues around roofs and chimneys, and Neate Roofing quoted for remedial works. Andy's communication throughout was fantastic - from arranging to attend the property, to discussing the work required and then producing a quote... Everything was done promptly and professionally, but also in an approachable and straightforward way. Our purchase didn't go ahead for other reasons, but the customer service we received was excellent and we would not hesitate to contact Andy again for future work.

Andrew and his team managed to give us a quote and complete the job within 2 weeks at a very good price. They arranged scaffolding, replaced our roof, and made sure they gave us regular updates with photos of the damage and photos of their work every day. Very professional and very friendly team, I highly recommend!
