Exceptional service - attention to detail and clean and tidy throughout. We are over the moon with our new flooring, it looks better than we imagined. This is down to the hard work and craftsmanship put into the fitting - we had some tricky areas with different heights etc and these have been blended in so you can’t even see them.

After a little communication difficulty via Checkatrade site (swapped to direct contact), the date was agreed. Neate Flooring turned up on time and completed the job efficiently and to a good standard. Very happy with the result, will consider for any future carpet requirements.
