  Sealant under fireplace hearth

  We recently had a fireplace and hearth fitted which required silicon underneath due to an uneven floor. Quick, efficient and friendly service.

  Doorstep repair

  Regrouting bathroom and sealing slate tiles

  Ricky was great at communicating, turned up as promised - he spent time explaining the job and matching the existing grout. Clearly an individual that takes pride in their work.

  Excellent builders

  Ricky and Riley were excellent from start to finish. The first time I had booked them to install a ventilation hatch to resolve a damp problem, but when Ricky arrived he immediately saw that wouldn’t fix the problem and spent an hour at the house trying to work out where the damp was coming from at no charge. They then came back to do the necessary remedial brickwork, which was very reasonable. They were a pleasure to have around, cleaned up after themselves perfectly and have done an excellent job. Very highly recommended.

  Removing chimney breast and replastering

  Couldn’t recommend more. Ricky and Riley did a fantastic job of pulling down a ground floor chimney breast, re plastering ceiling, walls and making the room right and ready for decorating. Good comms throughout, whether it was pictures of progress during the day or calls. Always offering advice or suggestions, and going above and beyond to get the job done quickly and efficiently. Reliable and always on time - again would highly recommend.

  Replastering wall, fixing stairs and removing lean-to roof from outside

  Replastering wall efficiently, removing an old fireplace hearth, fixing broken stairs and removing lean-to roof from outside. Ricky and team were excellent we needed some extra last minute jobs added to the original job and he was able to still get all done on the day working later than the original plan which was superb to get it all finished in the one day. Would definitely recommend Neat Builders for further jobs and the communication and timeliness was spot on!
