  Decorated a room for us, stripping the walls back to brick and working to produce a nice finish. Punctual, polite and helpful at all stages.

  Installation of steel beam

  Ricky and his team did both some structural work including the installation of a 5 metre steel beam onto a party wall and a full redecoration of two rooms (walls, ceilings and installing new wooden floors). Ricky and the team were a both professional and friendly, making the working relationship much easier. They were clear on the progress of the works, where the risks were and what options, at different costs, were available to surmount any hurdles. He liaised with our structural engineer giving me confidence that he was making sure he was doing the right thing for the job and not rushing

  Replace Bathroom

  Ricky was thorough in ensuring we understood what we were getting and what we would need to consider. As worked progressed he was clear on communicating any issues and was upfront about additional costs that were required, e.g. when brick work was required after stripping back to the outline structure because the previous tiling hadn't been done correctly. Helpful in selecting appropriate fittings, etc. Was always on time for an early start and was clear if work was going to finish later or Saturday working was necessary Excellent job done especially as it is an unusual shaped bathroom.

  Installing an appliance & Decorating

  Neat Builders were fantastic. The service and communication were excellent. Kept me well informed about everything they were doing. The job was carried out very promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
