  Excellent ceiling repair and ventilation work

  We had Ricky and Riley over to repair a leak-damaged section of our ceiling and they were excellent from start to finish. Communication was great, they were reliable with timings, and we really appreciated how transparent they were throughout. They also installed a new air vent in one bedroom and replaced another. The quality of the work was excellent and they left everything tidy afterwards. We’d happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.

  From quoting right through to the final check, Ricky, Riley and the team at Neat builders have been fantastic. They helped us completely remodel one of our bedrooms, converting it into a beautiful office space. They managed the flooring, electrics, carpentry, painting/plastering and decorating with total professionalism and extreme care. Work was done exactly to schedule and budget, to a very high standard that I cannot recommend enough. The consistent communication provided by Ricky was greatly welcomed and helped make the "living in a construction site" experience a breeze.

  Kitchen and fireplace refurb with new floors and decorating

  Happy to have Ricky and team back for a second time to help remove old plaster on a fireplace and bring the kitchen back to life. The work was done again efficiently and with great communication from Ricky on a daily basis to install new tile floors, refurb an old fireplace and give the kitchen a new and open style. Would highly recommend!

  Remedial Structural repairs as a result of inadequate Ground floor flat flat extension

  Ricky, Riley and the team exceeded expectations. The job was challenging, requiring close liaison with my structural engineer after inadequate works to the flat below caused damage to my kitchen and bathroom. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable about what was required to strengthen and make the property safe. He worked meticulously, kept within budget, refitted units and worktop without damage, and delivered exceptional workmanship providing regular photos and video updates. I can’t recommend them enough highly skilled, professional and full of integrity. Thanks again!
