Booked for boiler service, was booked for 9am but had an emergency call out. He managed to get to mine straight after the call and I appreciated him fitting me in. Excellent service, top marks, very professional. Even managed to check out an issues with my bath. Highly recommend

Our central heating and hot water stopped working on Christmas Day, our first Christmas with our newborn! I tried calling around a few companies who claimed to do emergency call-outs but none picked up, nor did they have open dates on their websites. I tried Neataheat on Boxing Day morning and they picked up straightaway, were out within 2 hours and were able to get a new boiler the next day. They explained the job, were very kind and are obviously a life saver as it gets much colder now. I will solely use their services in future.
