Ryan from Near Me Locksmiths was incredibly friendly, professional, informative and unbelievably fast at responding back to arrange a visit the very next day which was just amazing! Arrived bang on time with a smile and after having a quick look at our front door lock he had the exact parts in his van ready to fit straight away! Plus it was an upgrade to keep our house nice and safe. He was also able to fix our broken window handles/locks with some elbow grease on the same day and charged a very fair fee for the hard work! I would recommend Ryan to everyone I know, he’s absolutely brilliant!

Ryan was fantastic, not only a good job done but took the time to explain the lock to me and gave me some very helpful information about the rating of the lock and how my previous lock was not covered under insurance specifications. Thanks so much for a great service.

Cannot recommend Ryan enough. Quoted for a new lock on our front door over the phone, gave the choice of a complete new lock or just the cylinder which fitted my requirements - so clearly not out to rip people off. Quote was excellently priced, gave a date within a few days time (as it was not an emergency - based on other reviews and how he spoke I have no doubt it would have been quicker if it was), and Ryan has just completed the job. 5 keys included in the price, unbelievably polite and professional, and the entire job was complete in less than 20 minutes, including adjusting the position

Ryan responded promptly to my enquiry and turned up on time. Very pleasant man. Got on with the work then throughly explained what he had done and gave me advice and maintenance tips. Reasonable charge. A pleasure to have him working in my home. Good to know I now have a reliable contact if I have any future problems with my doors and locks.
