Used to be fantastic, now either gone bust and/or awful at communications, avoid!

I have used William and Morgan for many years, over 3 properties, and can honestly say received fantastic blinds and customer service. In the last half a year, trying to retrieve £500 worth of blinds that they have held in storage, a number of excuses have been given as to why I can’t get them back, or why I can’t have a call back to to discuss further. For the last few days their office phone number has been disconnected, and many unanswered emails. I will be taking this matter through the courts if I cannot get hold of blinds which I have paid for. Hoping for a call back any day

Fitting a roller blind

I contacted Neals Blinds and Shutters after seeing a recommendation in a local FB group. They responded the day I contacted them to arrange an appointment. William who was friendly and professional, arrived promptly and gave me great advice about choosing and fitting a roller blind for my son's bedroom. 2 weeks later he came back to fit the blind which only took 15mins. The whole process was quick and easy and very reasonable priced. Great service that I highly recommend.

White wooden blind for bedroom

We needed a blind for our back bedroom and having previously used Neals blinds for our kitchen gave them a call , they came to measure up and sent us the quotation by email the next day , We were very happy with the price , yesterday our blind was fitted and it looks very nice , exactly what we wanted and was fitted with out any mess left behind . Would highly recommend

Excellent service throughout. From the first appointment, subsequent emails, right through to installation the service is top notch. We love the shutters and William is polite, helpful and leaves everything tidy afterwards. We thoroughly recommend Neals Blinds.

Fit blinds in conservatory

Couldn't have asked for a better company to fit our blinds. William is very experienced and knowledgeable in his field. We were very happy with the whole experience, very reasonable quote, fitters were polite clean and tidy. Great quality blinds that completely transformed our conservatory. Would definitely recommend Neals Blinds and shutters.

Neals blinds provided a fantastic service when we needed new electric blinds for our new space. Morgan and Neil were both fast and clear during the quoting process, and the price provided was extremely competitive. The delivery and fitting was bang on the schedule promised and we are very pleased with the finished look. We very much recommend using Neals if you require new blinds.
