This is the second time we have chosen Ben of Neal Construction to undertake work for us and based on both experiences they will always be our first and only choice for any future work. Very clear pricing, communication is excellent, punctual, polite and top quality workmanship.

Ben and his team were brilliant from my first enquiry to project completion. The administration side of things was a drawn out process and I felt supported through it all. Work was completed efficiently despite the hitches that inevitably crop up with a building project. The finished product is of a fantastic quality with no snagging work required on completion and a super tidy work area at all times! I don’t hesitate to recommend Ben!

Ben Neal was recommended to us by our surveyor following points raised on our survey. What was supposed to be a simple fix turned into a complete rebuild of a flat roof extension. Ben has been an absolute pleasure to work with. His subcontractors have also been great. Ben has supported us through a difficult time, constantly giving advice & working to an exceptional standard. Despite this job pushing Ben’s other jobs back, he was always there with a smile & worked tirelessly to get the job done going above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to code. Cannot recommend him enough.

Ben did a fantastic job taking down a load bearing wall in our home. He was courteous and professional from the first time we met, which was a whole 6 months before the work! During this time, he happily answered questions we had all the way until the day of the works. He took care of small things we asked for as well, like re-fitting a door that no longer opened after the work. His price was reasonable, and he trusted us as customers to be honest, which was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable about specific things like thermal bridging, and paid great attention to detail.
