What can we say about Ben Neal Construction and his team! 5 star service, from the plans to Ben and his team creating an amazing space for my family! A large extension to the side of our home including leading, double glazing, underfloor heating, plastering and converting the garage to the same spec! Seamless from start to finish! Neal construction has just carried out a double garage conversion at my property in Pickering. As well as structural internal alterations to the house. The workmanship from Ben and his team was top notch. A pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much hassle. Went above and beyond for me. He advised me in areas that I was unsure about and never just the easy route. We now have a fantastic large downstairs bedroom with en-suite and a large open kitchen diner. Polite, trustworthy, tidy…. The list goes on. 100% recommend and will use him again in the future when needed. Cheers Ben

Ben and his team listened to what we wanted and made some useful suggestions. They were friendly and worked hard. The work was of a very high standard and really good value for money. We are delighted with the end result and would certainly recommend them.

I asked Ben to install some insulation panels and was very pleased with the results. The work was carried out quickly and executed to such a high standard, even elements that wouldn't be seen (such as screws into wood battens) were spread in an perfect line. The space was cleaned thoroughly after and the end result is exactly what was required. Would recommend Neal Construction for any future building projects.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The team were polite, hardworking, and incredibly precise in restoring our basement after flood damage. Their attention to detail and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. The quality of the work is outstanding, the basement looks better than ever. Highly recommended.
