Excellent service throughout. He offered me a choice of two tap options, as I’d mentioned he would have a better idea of what would work. He sent over two styles by text, and I chose the taller one so I could easily fill a bucket in the kitchen when doing housework. The installation was straightforward, and he took the time to explain the different stopcocks to me, which was especially helpful as I’m still getting used to the setup in my new home. He later returned to install the waste system for the washing machine in the cupboard and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Responded to the advert within hours and called following day provided a competitive quote fitted the tap the following day. Whilst he was fitting the tap I asked about a malfunctioning bathroom sink waste. He checked it quoted for the job and completed it the following day. Great service, competitive price and Curtis was a really nice chap.

Curtis dropped me a WhatsApp message very soon after I posted the job! We agreed a price over WhatsApp after I sent pictures of the sink and pipe work. He then arrived at the time stated in the message and carried out the work with no issues at all! We are very happy with the job he carried out and have asked him for a quote to do some work in our bathroom. Curtis’ number will be saved in my phone for any future work!
