Neil came out to do a CP12 gas safety certificate. He communicated well, was on time and carried out the work on the boiler and gas fire with no problems.

I contacted Neil as there was an issue with my boiler which meant I had no heating or hot water. He came out the same day and knew what the problem was immediately. The boiler had also had a leak which meant the pressure kept dropping and he called back to repair this too. I found Neil to be very professional, helpful, friendly and reliable. He’s also very knowledgeable in his trade and takes pride in his work. His pricing is really reasonable and I was so grateful for his help in sorting this emergency situation for me.
