Nathan was very prompt with communication, advice and guidance. He was knowledgeable and sympathetic to the situation. He fitted us in despite being very busy and could see it was a bit of an emergency. Very grateful, would use him again.

Nathan came on time. Was friendly and answered any questions asked. Got on with the job. There were no problems. Very pleased with service.

Serviced the boiler. Removed sink, toilet and towel rail and refitted after the floor was retiled. Replaced a worn out flexible hose to the hot water tap. All work was completed to my satisfaction and carried out when they said it would be. Communication was also very good. Would recommend.
