We were hoping to give NCS a 5* rating, as the service was generally excellent. The survey by Stuart -- and his patient and clear responses to our numerous pre-contract queries -- and office admin by Dawn were outstanding. The engineers were courteous, treated our house like a home, and keen to do the best job they could. Unfortunately, we had a number of problems due to poor communication and rushed work by one individual. All of these were promptly and effectively dealt with, and Stuart visited us to discuss them and assure us that steps are being taken to protect future customers.

The engineer arrived on time and carried out the service thoroughly but efficiently. He even went above and beyond to find the solution to an issue we have been experiencing with our hot water, which he managed to rectify. I will always use NCS from now on, great work at a reasonable price. Thank you!
