A bit slow in responding & never actually supplied a quote.

The work undertaken was done to a very good standard and with care. The support from the office staff (Dawn) to coordinate and support the overall job was really appreciated.

Quick and easy, efficient communication and the trades person was very polite and did the job effectively; asked for all relevant paperwork and did all the forms and checks . Happy, can recommend and would be interested to use services again. Cheers

The company were excellent at stepping in when another plumber let us down. We can't fault the work or professionalism of the engineer. We were however shocked by the final bill - well in excess of the quotes of other plumbers. We have a large house, but a boiler service, gas safety certificate and single radiator change resulted in seven hours labour charged at £80. We've had rad changes before which didn't take so long and were charged with a set price well below our final bill of £560 plus VAT. So, a great firm,but watch out for the hourly charge and get them to quote a time frame.
