The engineer arrived on time and carried out the service thoroughly but efficiently. He even went above and beyond to find the solution to an issue we have been experiencing with our hot water, which he managed to rectify. NCS installed a Grant air source heat pump into our property, from the first contact with NCS to the completion of the installation I cannot fault this company. They put me at ease right from the start from the first enquirer call. Totally flexible regarding the customers’ requirements, many other companies i obtained quotation from would not offer a system to suit our requirements, not NCS they are fully customer focused. installation was seamless.
