Nick has always been quick to respond which has been helpful since I live some distance away. I personally haven’t seen the finished work (only through pics) but my tenant says it’s been done well. My only reservation was that Nick did not explain at the outset that he wanted a deposit (a third) before he starts the work, which is totally understandable but I think the customer should know to expect this, so they can arrange the necessary funds. Nick and the team have done a really lovely job of repointing our home and, whilst the scaffolding is still up at the moment, I can already see the impact of the work on the appeal of the property. If you need any repointing done this is company you want. They’ve done a fantastic job, very professional, they don’t mess around they got on with the job, very punctual and cleaned up after they’ve done all the work. The exterior wall was in a right rum condition from work completed before I moved in. Nick and his crew arrived promptly at the time promised and did the work swiftly and to an exceptionally high standard.
