As anyone who comes on check a trade hoping to find a reliable trusted builder. I was very lucky to find NC Mallitt. From the start he was very reliable with good communication always turning up when he said he would. He explained everything every step of the way and the workman ship is top notch. I am very happy with the work he has done for me. He works with other tradesmen whose work completed for me was also very good. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.

Nigel is a very experienced builder and throughout our project made excellent suggestions of how our build could be improved. His work has added value to the property and created real kerbside appeal (and had some wonderful feedback from the neighbourhood) He is friendly and of good nature and one we trusted with our house keys when we were at work. I would highly recommend Nigel to anyone looking for a first time builder that may be hesitant.

Nigel first did work for us 18 months ago when he removed patio doors from our conservatory. Since then he has done a lot more work including knocking out a horrible old shower room to create a utility room, and cladding back and front. He has just completed cladding our front and coming back to do lots more jobs for us. He is so trustworthy and honest and so experienced in what he does, he always wants to do his best even if it takes longer, and he has had a few nasty surprises when knocking things about for us but always finds a way round a problem! Best thing we ever did contacting him!

Nigel kindly converted our garage into a playroom and did an exceptional job - the playroom has surpassed our expectations and Nigel kindly did some landscaping work for us too which we are very pleased with. Highly recommended!

Excellent. Nigel did a truly excellent job. The brickwork is brilliant and the drive looks amazing. The workmanship is top drawer. Nigel is always thinking and working his way round problems to give the best quality solution. He is full of ideas and able to incorporate my wishes in to the end solution. He is very tidy and conscientious. I have used Nigel for about 10 years now, he has never let me down. 100% would recommend him.

Nigel is hands down the best tradesperson I have ever had carry out work. Even before work commenced, Nigel helped us to find reliable roofers to carry out other work we needed doing. He has a network of highly skilled and lovely people and anyone who comes with his recommendation is good. Nigel completed all work on budget, quicker than expected and to an incredible standard. I can't express how glad I am that we chose Nigel to work on our home. He feels like part of the family now, such a warm and kind man as well as being the best around at his job.
