Nigel went above and beyond helping me with a post tenancy property that had been left in a state. He did a brilliant and fast job clearing all the belongings and rubbish from the house, absolutely transformed the gardens and arranged a full clean all within days. He then did a days painting and repairs to get the place ready for sale. I was managing the property remotely and thanks to Nigel the property was turned around in a week and on the market for sale! He kept me up to date with photos and went out his way to help with an electricity issue too. Highly recommend!

Nigel responded promptly to my initial enquiry & met us at the property at an agreed time. An instant fair quote was then provided. Nigel & his colleague Dave then undertook the clearance of a flat and outbuildings within the timeframe discussed. Both are great hard working guys. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Nigel for any clearance job big or small. Being landlords from outside the area we really appreciated how reliable they were.
