Matt responded immediately and completed the job within 2 hours of us submitting the request. He was polite, personable and professional and offered advice/ tips on questions I had about other DIY jobs I needed to do. He purchased the replacement tap for us on route to the job and upon discovering the purchased tap had a slight fault, he immediately went back to the supplier to get a new one without any fuss.

I needed an emergency plumber to trace a leak from my kitchen ceiling and called Matt. Will definitely be using Matt again in the future he is punctual, professional, tidy, friendly and most importantly of all honest. Takes great pride in his work and after sorting out the issue was more than accomodating in answering my queries. Nothing less than 10 for this company will be using for any future work.
