Excellent workmanship and very professional. My radiator was replaced efficiently and to a high standard. Communication was clear, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Would definitely use again.

Great service. Very polite. Came to replace filler valve in toilet however had further issues to fix the problem. Got the relevant part and completed the job. Would definately use again.

Matt was punctual: addressed and fixed the issue quickly, identified prior to coming on site it was indeed a water hammer issue so came prepared.

Called Matt at NBS the night before with a worry about my boiler. He said he would be out first thing the next morning, gave us the bad news that our boiler needed replacing but went through all the options along with Gary and made a stressful situation really easy. They then both went away, got the boiler and spent all day fitting it for us, no issues. Always use these guys for any plumbing jobs such as radiator installation too. Trustworthy and professional would be 2 words that I’d use. Thanks again!!

There was a mix up over time between GMT and BST but once Matt arrived he carried out the repair quickly and professionalky.
