The old attic trap was taken out, and the opening was cut larger to accommodate a new kit with an attached ladder. Also, platforms were added in the attic to step onto.
Oak window sill ordered to a specific size. It was oiled, trimmed and fitted.
Black skirtings were fited all the way around and Tv paneling fitted to the wall of a new home gym
Water heater boxed in cupboard and door hung. The room was then fully plasterboarded
Strong racking was built that allowed the shelves to be removed and repositioned in various combinations
I built a custom shelving to make it safer and easier to store and access the large round tables. The setup also allows the double doors to open up fully and gives an additional upper storage space
