The bathroom was completely renovated to a specific design in a hotel
Upstairs needed an update. It was redecorated with new black metal bannisters, a new shaker panel balustrade, and new veneer doors hung with matching black handles and hinges

The floor tiles were cracked, so they were removed, and fresh ply was fitted for a new vinyl tiling to be stuck down

Worked with plummer to install and tile staff room facilities
The wall behind wasn't built strong enough to take the support rail and caused damage to the boarding. It was strengthened behind and replaced with a new bathroom tile affect board
Water damaged ceiling needed to be cut out and plasterboarded. It was filled and re-painted good as new
Fire and tv installed in feature and wall tiled
Took the problem back to the bricks and damproofed boarded, plastered, layed flooring, skirtings then painted.

Converted the hatch to a hinged locking hatch then installed a three section aluminium loft ladder offset to the left to avoid a structural beam in loft.
