Work included 4 new bathrooms, a redesign of the internal layout, structural engineering and reworking of drainage. NB Construction provided us with a detailed quotation that included a full quantity survey. This enabled us to understand material and labour costs transparently. They were the only company to do this properly and it set them apart from the rest. The team are talented, trustworthy, polite, efficient, very tidy and keen to please the customer. They liaised with all aspects of the job including Structural Engineers, National Grid and Building Regulations on our behalf.

From the start N.B. Construction have been professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. The work has been of great quality, with the site tidied daily allowing us to use our home as much as possible. When options of how to proceed are available they are explained thoroughly. We have felt in control and informed. No work is undertaken without consultation and as we have been told “If it isn’t the right thing to do then it won’t be done.”. As our first building project on a house it has been a breeze due to N.B. Construction.

NB construction have been exceptional from concept to completion. While the project is ongoing, the work to date has been outstanding. NB Construction have a highly skilled motivated workforce with minimal need to subcontract. Their knowledge base within the building trade is very broad and advice is readily given. The CEO is very proactive and simply does not settle for second best. He and his team have an obvious pride in the work they undertake and have simply been a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to contact them should I require any further building work. Exceptional company!

NB Construction has been building a single storey lean to roof extension on the rear of our dwelling since the start of 2024. We are really pleased to work with the NB team who have been clear with communications and reliable with costings since the start, providing great value for money. The crew are an experienced, hard working team, covering multiple specialisms and have delivered high quality finishes to date. Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly to keep the project moving and we hope to finish soon in time for summer.

The team are always polite and courteous. Their work is to the highest of standards and they always tidy up at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend.
