Contacted the tradesman to investigate and repair a coolant leak on my vehicle. He looked at the vehicle on Thu, said he would repair it on Friday, on Friday he said his supplier had sent him the wrong part and that he would only be able to get the part on Saturday. On Saturday I contacted him and he said the parts were not available until Monday. I went and bought the part myself, gave it to him on Saturday, he said he would have the vehicle ready on Monday. Received the car back today, leaking worse than it did before and there are various areas of damage to my vehicle wheels and bodywork.

My car broke down om Friday evening and needed a new clutch. I phoned Naz and he had fixed my car ready for collection in the early hours of Sunday morning. Naz acted fast to order the necessary part and have my car sorted as fast as possible. Naz was accommodating, worked quickly to sort out the problem and at all times was approachable and friendly.

Naz responded quickly and came to provide a quote. He was polite and efficient. The quote was reasonable and he ordered the part and completed the repair as soon as the part arrived. I’m always nervous about repairs to my car - it can be hard to find someone reliable. It has been a month now and still working like new. I would recommend Naz and have saved his details so I can use him again.
