Richard did a great job. He was quick to visit, quote and book in the job, at what feels like a very fair price. He's friendly and has great attention to detail. He went above and beyond to explain the ins and outs of what he was doing, in a way that I could understand. The finished work looks great and he left the place tidy. Will definitely use again.

Richard was polite, punctual and professional at all times, and his attention to detail (including using a spirit level to ensure that vertical ducting was correct) was spot on. Price wise, for what he did and the time he was on site, i felt was exceptional value for money. I would highly recommend him to others and will certainly use him in the future.

Richard provided a prompt and realistic quote, clearly identifying any possible additions resulting from faults found at test. Carried out the work on time with minimal fuss and mess. Kept us up to date with faults and showed us the indicator readings. Resultant additional work was again realistically priced, all round a great job.
