Nautilus pools and their fitters removed our ancient concrete pool, digging it out and disposing of all of the rubble and waste to replace it with a new Waterair pool. Alex was available throughout and the fitting team were fantastic. The new pool looks great and Alex came to commission it and talk me through now all the features work. Very happy with the project.

The company recommended excellent products for the job i wanted. They gave me informed options. The Coverseal has been the best investment. The cover stops almost all debris going into the pool other than dust. It protects the pool during summer from the uv rays eroding the chemical too quickly to keeping in the heat. although we chose the battery option i now wish we had spent the extra for the solar and digital remote key pad. This is worth every penny. Can’t recommend it enough. Thank you

Alex and the team were amazing. From the first thoughts of a pool, Alex gave sensible and honest advice, was clear about what would and wouldn’t work and what having a pool entailed. He was generous with his time during our deliberations and the install happened when he said he would, with the team being amazingly clean and tidy, and going above and beyond. So much more so than some other contractors we’ve had. All round brilliant 🤩

From start to finish the whole process was very easy and efficient. I selected this pool cover as I had seen it on Instagram and Alex was local to me, very happy we went with this cover as we have small dogs and so keeps them safe when the pool is not in use. It looks great and would thoroughly recommend Ros and Alex’s services.

I needed some filters for our Waterair Pool at our house in France, because the originals have been degraded by a significant ingress of mud, during the installation process (the excavated clay was piled on the adjacent lawn, pending removal then, shortly after the pool had been filled, the heavens opened, in biblical proportion and the water drained off from the pile of dirt, across the apron and into the pool). I have had no luck contacting Waterair in France, but Nautilus have supplied the filters very quickly, so we will be able to use new, rather than washed out, less effective ones.
