I rang around a few companies for air conditioning installation but David at nauticool stood out as the most knowledgeable and professional. He came and done a survey and explained everything I needed to know. Gordon installed it and done a fantastic job and was so tidy. Stuart done the electrical work. Not forgetting Nicky in the office. Everything went fantastic. I cannot believe the difference that it has made I’m so happy and would recommend nauticool to everyone.

Engineer arrived on time and as arranged. He explained the process and carried out the work in a quiet and professional manner, taking time to explain as he did. The system is quieter than the one it replaced and he explained the operation before he left. The company also arranged disposal of the old unit and recovery of the gas as part of the installation cost. Great service would highly recommend and definitely use again if the need arrises.

From quotation to final work I was amazed. David came and carried out the survey and quoted a reasonable price for the job, he knew what he was talking about and what could be done. I did not want surface mounted pipes to the indoor units an awkward customer that knew what I wanted. The engineer was top class I have met many trades in my years and Gordon was one of the best workers I have met for a long time, nothing was too much for him he went far and beyond to give a fantastic service. So much so that I have asked them to look at my companies aircon units.Quality to the end and a great job
