My initial thoughts of this service was good as the price was good and professionalism shown after their first visit. After providing feedback of areas that needed attention, which the owner welcomed, this was not responded to on the next visit. More feedback was given due to the same areas not being addressed but the owner then decided to no longer offer their services to me anymore. On reflection, the service provided was not of a good standard, especially when not addressing an area that was mentioned prior to the next visit (flooring) and then stopping their services due to their error.

They did a super job in a VERY neglected and cobwebby house! Now looks habitable! They worked hard and for longer than they had expected. I appreciated their flexibility.

Excellent and very thorough service. Very good attention to detail and always asking if there is any areas they need to concentrate on. Would definitely recommend. They attend on a regularly basis and communication is very good. Thank you.

Tolu did such a wonderful job and left the flat absolutely spotless! She also did a deep clean of the oven and left it sparkling! So much care was given and communication was great! I can't recommend Tolu and team enough and I'll definitely be using Natures Best again in future!
