The man who turned up explained the issue, fitted a stop valve and refitted the toilet (left undone by a previous plumber) and refitted a panel

Very quick response and although the engineer could'nt come out that evening due to more important emergencies he did arrive on time next morning and was very polite and friendly and did the work needed quickly and professionaly was very happy with the work that ws carried out.

Call back to identify job specifics was virtually immediate and emergency plumber was despatched within the hour. Job completed cleanly and quickly by a polite young man which resolved the problem
