In 2022 this firm built an extension for us, converting a garage and making a new flat roof. The work was extremely slow. The owners would say whatever we wanted to hear, but what they said had no connection with what actually happened. The workers appeared to be mainly casuals, not regular employees. In their advertising the firm claimed there would be a 10 year guarantee, but in practice we could never get this. So on two later occasions when the roof leaked from two separate causes we had to fix it ourselves. Poor edging of the roof was so obvious that neighbours pointed it out.

Our experience was very good as they did their work very professionally and neatly . Very polite and kept everything very clean and tidy after the days work.

Replaced the entire roof due to leak. Found the company via the NFRC website. From beginning to end, I have received great communication and customer service. I have been supported throughout the entire journey as having a roof done is not an easy decision. Gary and Harvinder have been great at ensuring the works started with the least amount of stress as possible and have been reassuring every step of the way.
