  We found Nathan Winn Property Services through Checkatrade, after he promptly responded to our job message. He came the following day to look at the job and gave us a quote. We were impressed how accommodating he was, fitting around other work we were having done. He did an amazing job, worked tidily and did everything he said he would do to an extremely high standard.   I would highly recommend for any building project!

  Nathan & team carried out extensive garden refurbishments at the end of last year. We now have beautiful patioed areas, sauna, a cold plunge pool, a hub tub, a seating area with corner sofa, table and fire pit, and a separate area with a pergola, outdoor kitchen and table with seating for 10 people. Nathan & team were reliable, always happy, hard-working, great attitudes and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard, often giving suggestions on how to improve on my plans, which they did - Loved having them around and now looking at what other build projects I can book them in for!

  Efficient reliable service

  Nathan came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He was reliable and a pleasure to deal with. He efficiently carried out the work to my roof and gutters at a reasonable cost. He helpfully took photos of the work so that I could see exactly what had been done.
