  House renovation

  My experience has been very disappointing. An independent inspection identified several issues with the work. The new flat roof appears to have incorrect falls, resulting in water pooling, and the EPDM membrane shows blistering and incomplete detailing. Part of the roof structure shown on the drawings appears to have been removed and replaced with a different roof arrangement without this being agreed beforehand. The bathroom ventilation was installed venting into the roof void rather than externally. These defects will require remedial work and additional cost to rectify. Not recommend.

  Conservatory Roof Replacement

  We have had our glass conservatory roof replaced with a light weight insulated roof. Throughout communications have been outstanding. The workforce, utterly professional and pleasant to have in the house. Exceptionally hard working and diligent with great attention to detail. The finished product has transformed our conservatory from an ice box in the winter and sweat box in the summer into an all year round room. A great service thank you

  New Bifold Door & Front Door

  Would thoroughly recommend NatCon for any home improvement, have just had Bi-fold doors and new front door installed. Excellent service from first contact with Claire to Jordan / Dave installing them.

  Replacing glass conservatory roof with lightweight tiles

  After having a very bad experience with builders before, I cannot tell you how Natcon have restored our faith. Their professionalism, expert execution and hard work was exemplary. Would definitely use them again and can't recommend them highly enough

  Flat roof replacement

  Excellent service from Dominic and the team. The tradesmen were polite, respectful and communicated well about the work. They did a professional job at a reasonable price. Great communication from Claire in the office. Thank you. I would definitely recommend NatCon.

  Renovation of the lower floor back of house

  NatCon carried out work for us on the back of our house, removing an old sun room and knocking through from the dining room to the kitchen to create one big open plan kitchen/diner/snug. The work included digging foundations and adding some steel supports for the new space. Things I found great about NatCon: 1) Their quote was by far the most thorough of those we received. Work was completed on budget 2) work was completed on time . Very important to us as we have a baby on the way! 3) The people we had on site for 3 months were great. Very helpful and respectful of our house. Would recommend!
