Saved my water-logged carpet.

Had a leak from a bathroom tap that soaked through the wall, and into the carpet on the other side. I was in need of water extraction to save my carpet as there was over 40 liters soaked in. They managed to get the vast majority of water out, saving my carpet! The team was professional and worked quickly. Big thanks from me.

Excellent, high quality, friendly service. Used the company after a disaster with a bowl of dirty water and a bedroom carpet and they got on with the job in a no - drama way. Competitive price too. They used the latest equipment and worked very tidily. The carpet looks great now.

Phone interaction and booking not congruent and home visit insensitive and distressing.

I booked Natalia Carpet Sheriff after a positive Feb 11 call. I even said I might not go ahead, preferring new flooring. She didn’t ask for my photos but sent extreme past job examples. The UV inspection was shocking; the cleaner said, “I’ve not seen anything like this in a while, in a long while,” and “It’s all over. Yeah, it’s bad.” The £50 assessment fee was never mentioned upfront. Professional but needs clearer fee communication and a more sensitive approach.

During the call, we explained our process, including UV inspection to identify contamination and ensure safe, effective results. On arrival, you chose not to proceed. The £50 fee applied as a last-minute cancellation to cover staff time, travel, and the reserved slot, in line with our terms explained at booking. We appreciate your comments regarding communication and will take them on board.
