Very efficient and friendly service. Would recommend!

Very professional job. Cleared out our cellar, damp proofed it, replaced ceiling and stairs. Looks great! Dug up and removed the concrete at the front and side of our house and laid new block paving. Final result looks brilliant. Transformed the house! Neil is a great guy...very friendly and polite. Offers good advice and is very flexible.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Neil and would use his services again. He covered water stains and cracks in the wall/ceiling and decorated.

Neil and his team completely renovated a very dated landing and bedroom, re-plastering both, installing stairway spindles, new lighting and re-painting. All of the team were friendly people, all of whom were perfectionists in their own areas. You expect a fair bit of mess having workmen in the house but they cleaned up after themselves every day, leaving me little to do except to dust! All rubbish was removed from site. Everything done to time and budget (actually a little under-budget!). Will have them back for more work in a heartbeat, highly recommended.

Neil was fantastic. Really polite and did a great job. He even checked his work multiple times, which just shows that even with the smallest of tasks, he cares about the finish and pays just as much attention. Will certainly be using again

Neil Austin of NA Property Services Ltd and his colleague Ryan did the work I needed doing in my kitchen. From the very first contact Neil gave me the type of reassurance that I needed. Their approach has been excellent. They took great care going beyond what was necessary. Always ready to explain and answer questions . They tidied up and added finishing touches to improve the look of the surroundings. I can fully recommend Neil and his company. The work involved replacing the plumbing to sink and washer, replacing old cupboards, outside work to replace waste water outlet and prevent damp.
