I needed my kitchen sink fitted as the current one was old and outdated. My new sink and tap were fitted in perfect timing and the results were brilliant!

I had problems with my bathroom with black mould high up in an 8 foot ceiling. Neil took care of that and removed the mould and using the special paint ensured that it will not return. He also replaced a broken extractor in the window and sorted out further problems that I wished to have undertaken. He is genuine and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. In fact he went above and beyond what was quoted for. I highly recommend Neil and NA Property Services.

Very professional job. Cleared out our cellar, damp proofed it, replaced ceiling and stairs. Looks great! Dug up and removed the concrete at the front and side of our house and laid new block paving. Final result looks brilliant. Transformed the house! Neil is a great guy...very friendly and polite. Offers good advice and is very flexible.

We are very pleased with the work carried out by Neil and would use his services again. He covered water stains and cracks in the wall/ceiling and decorated.

Neil and his team completely renovated a very dated landing and bedroom, re-plastering both, installing stairway spindles, new lighting and re-painting. All of the team were friendly people, all of whom were perfectionists in their own areas. You expect a fair bit of mess having workmen in the house but they cleaned up after themselves every day, leaving me little to do except to dust! All rubbish was removed from site. Everything done to time and budget (actually a little under-budget!). Will have them back for more work in a heartbeat, highly recommended.
