Brilliant service,on time and a very fair price

Mark is friendly, professional and fair. I would have no issues using him again 100%

Needed urgent help when toilet stoped functioning. After flushing bowl filled with water and did not drain. Mark responded through Checkatrade. Turned up promptly and managed to identify the problem. Certainly not an easy fix but eventually after replacing the faulty part completed the job. Very thankful for his expertise.

Do not waste your time on. They arranged a visit and didn’t show up, and didn’t have the curtesy to let me know! Time waster!

I thought the communication between us went well initially, I described the issue with my leaking shower and had arranged an appointment for them to repair it. They never showed up… no call, no text, no message via the app. Nothing! Extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone who actually needs work doing.
