10 Excellent multi-skilled engineer - highly recommended!

I usually go for tradespeople with many good reviews, so I was hesitant to use a newer trade, but Luke was proactive, explained all repair options clearly. He fixed 2 concealed toilets (running water, dripping sounds, faulty flushes) by properly replacing the parts without removing tiles. He also repaired 3 dimmer switches, replaced a pendant light, and neatly filled and repainted a ceiling hole. Very professional and organized, friendly and with a great can-do attitude, he made the whole experience stress-free. The price was fair and transparent.
