I have used Jacob at Nadin building a couple of times and found the speed and quality of workmanship first class. he is happy to talk through the job and agree a sensible price. I would recommend their services

Jacob did an excellent job of my fencing and gate for a really good price. It took longer than planned, but he was ill at one point and didn’t want to work during wet weather. Jacob was responsive to additional requests that I made, which was very helpful. For example, I had some large rocks near the fence that were too heavy to move without breaking up. This was a lot more effort than originally thought, but he completed it without any complaints. I would definitely recommend using Jacob and would use him again.

The job was done with quality workmanship, with a conscientious attitude, and with attention to finishing details. Mr Nadin has done several jobs for us, with a wide range of expertise, always polite, tidy and reasonably priced, to be recommended.

jacob was diligent and did a great job of putting up our shed and came back to fix a small problem a few days after.

Jacob did an excellent job from start to finish - communication while arranging the work, punctuality, quality of the job, the whole lot. He even re-levelled the gates so they hung straight instead of their original slightly slant fitting, moved the ground-bolt to fit the existing hole, and installed the new latch despite it not being part of the original agreement. I'll definitely be using his services in future if another job like this comes up.

The tradesman was punctual and took time to assess exactly what I needed and planned how he was going to ensure it was done correctly. He checked with me the necessary height and finished tge job promptly leaving no mess and offered to remove packaging. First class I would recommend.
