Phil and his son Martin have fitted 3 stoves for me over the years at two separate properties and I would not hesitate to recommend Mystoves....He provides a very professional service and has a vast knowledge of all things stoves and chimneys. The team are very tidy and respectful as well and easy to butter up with a cup of tea and a bicky....Their after sales service is also excellent....

I would recommend Mystove in a heartbeat for people looking for wood-burning stoves. We bought two, to heat a medium-to-large and a small room. Quite a bit of work needed to be done to the fireplaces before the stoves were put in. We've had a lot of work done round the place and I must say that the men doing the work took every last care to minimise the mess, with plastic sheeting everywhere. Much appreciated. The stoves heat the rooms amazingly quickly - so much better than radiators and with a heat that lasts longer. They are excellent and our only regret is that we didn't get them earlier.

Throughout our project there was an air of calmness and experience which was comforting. Inherent problems with the chimney itself were worked through with no fuss. The product itself is also working beyond our expectations.

From first contact to finish everything has been professional communication was very responsive work was done quickly and efficiently any concerns were dealt with promptly. We had a beautiful fossil hearth with an Oak and antique white Corby Shelf above a FDC multi fuel log burner and a new chimney pot with a cowl. They offer an after service which is reassuring for the future. Phil and his team are friendly approachable and I would highly recommend these guys without any hesitations.
