Did not interpret the instruction manual correctly and he built the wardrobes on the floor first, and when it came to standing them up it was clear that there was insufficient headroom to do so. These wardrobes need to be constructed vertically due to lack of headroom. He then needed to crop a section off the legs on all units to make them fit, costing me more money.
Double sockets needed to be removed behind wardrobe and he was going to tape up wires and bury them in wall. This would pose a fire risk, so I said to leave the sockets and I terminated wires myself safely into a junction box

Explained to customer that we would not build units vertically as this is not a typical method and to do so we could not guarantee the finished product.
Also gave customer the option to reduce in hight or send units back to manufacturer, customer agreed to reduce in hight.
Explained to customer we do not do electrical work but could put him in touch with a qualified electrician, he refused our advice and continued to do the this himself
