Job location: YO12I had several leaks in two bedroom over the winter. I arranged scaffolding so I could check it out (record videos of damage). I posted the job and within 1 week then roof had been repaired. He shows me exactly where the problem were with the roof and gave me several options on how to carry out the work. The cost was very reasonable considering all the work that was carried out. A friendly and reliable trader who Il fully recommend to anyone within their area of work. Shadrack did a fantastic job at a really reasonable price. He was great at communicating through Checkatrade and even came back out the same day to address a small issue. My name is Shadrack I offer simple and cost-effective solutions. I’ve been doing this for over 10 years and whether it is a repair or a rebuild that you require I will be able to assist.
I get the work done quickly and efficiently and I always offer a complete package with all of my work that includes:
- Labour
- Materials
- Scaffolding, if required
- Waste Disposal
In terms of the warranty that I give with all of my work if it is a repair it comes with a two-year warranty work is a rebuild then it would come with a minimum of 10 years guarantee.
I deal with every customer personally If you call it will be myself that answers, this saves time and allows me to communicate quickly and efficiently with all of my customers.
