Since we moved in our ensuite shower had blocked consistently and we did not understand why. We investigated and found a blue tissue towel that must have been in there since the place was refurbished 5 years ago. We could not re-attach the shower drain to the pipe. Either I should remove the whole shower tray, tiles and shower screen or enter via the ceiling below. Mykhailo came out at three days notice and did the job. He has cut a hole -exactly where he had measured- in the ceiling and sorted the drain out for the shower and replaced and painted the ceiling section below perfectly. Superb!

Great job, reliable

We had a tricky job whereby I had plugged a hole at the bottom of our sewer manhole which had been causing a blockage of toilet paper. Six other houses also empty down this pipe. However, I am no tradesman and I had not been able to make the cement seal to the concrete already there. Mykhailo used Tile Adhesive to seal my work to the concrete and sort out the problem. INNOVATIVE. Other tradesmen may have known how to do that but to me that was a novel idea and appreciated. He also put on two mortice-locks, key-operated bolt-type to our back gate which means we are more secure round the back.

We know Mykhailo from three years ago now. His work is superb. He is a super-skilled tradesman. This work was done over two full days and he was FANTASTIC. We needed the following work done at our rental address - 1/Painting a heavy double gate with Barretine protective coat. 2/"Chokking" nine fence panels on the front drive to ensure they do not fall from concrete posts and damage cars. 3/Repairing a side of a concrete post where a clumsy delivery man knocked the edge off the post. All this work was done with great calm and thought and the work is perfect; with great attention to detail
