Plumber arrived on time, examined the issue and immediately decided best way to resolve. He had blockage cleared very quickly. Once he reconnected pipe work that he had to remove to allow access he tested the sink drainage etc. problem was resolved. 3.33 From lukewarm water to freezing cold water

They were quick with messages and were kind of on time. Poor communication throughout the job, I felt in the dark and had to ask what was going on. Started with heating and warm water, after two visits I have no heating and freezing cold water and a couple hundred quid out the bank account, not too sure how that's happened. Also a broken handle from my boiler pipes that I wasn't told about. Overall not very impressed with the work carried out, would not recommend, hopefully I'm just an unlucky one and they usually are alright.Verified reviewerJob location: BT24
