Neil was great from start to finish. I cannot fault his brilliant communication and workmanship. It wasn’t a straightforward job and yet Neil kept us updated, understood what we were trying to do and the overall result is perfect, exactly what we were hoping for. I have no doubts that the next time we need someone with Neil’s skills, we will be in touch with him asap!

Neil was great! So quick and reliable, the work completed was to an impeccable standard. Any part that I hadn't bought before hand he happily went to get. Couldn't rate him higher, will be using him again for sure.

Neil and his array of colleagues (electrician, plaster, tiler, "mastic man" and able bodied assistant) each arrive at the appropriate time in the refit to do their job. It all flows quite smoothly and quickly. Neil is very likable and easy to work with. Communication, in both directions, was good. The team were all very capable tradesmen and pleasant to have about the house, being tidy and polite. The standard of work is high and I am pleased with my bathroom.

Great communication, well organised, had a few quotes but my decision was made as Neil had separate trades for each job which in my opinion makes all the difference to the finish, and I was not disappointed Great job Neil and his team

Neil and team were approachable , polite courteous and respectful at all tomes throughout the renovation of our bathroom. He was very professional and knowledgeable which gave us reassurance,the quality of the work was completed to a high standard by all Neil’s team . A great job , we are over the moon with our new bathroom, Thank you Neil .
