Great communication Neil kept us informed through this project Really likeable guy and his team were all very polite and friendly

The service on our bathroom was once again top quality, friendly service and catered to our needs as always.

I needed to remodel bathroom and increase hot water pressure throughout building. I supplied and Neil fitted. He put me onto his suppliers therefore I got his trade discount. 😃 The work was carried out in a professional way not only by Neil but by the trades he brought in. Any issues were dealt with promptly without any drama. Neil is a great communicator and I felt I was fully aware of the progress being made. I will recommend Neil without hesitation.

Out of all the tradesman we’ve had Neil has the best communication and is the most reliable, hands down the best. From the moment he came round he was polite, honest and offered good advice. That went for all of his team throughout the project from electricians, carpenter, tiler and mastic man. Neil was very knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted, which allowed us to get our dream bathroom how we wanted it. It is an old house and came across a few step backs, but Neil made sure I was aware through the whole process of what was going on. I can’t recommend enough, definitely use again!

Neil was great from start to finish. I cannot fault his brilliant communication and workmanship. It wasn’t a straightforward job and yet Neil kept us updated, understood what we were trying to do and the overall result is perfect, exactly what we were hoping for. I have no doubts that the next time we need someone with Neil’s skills, we will be in touch with him asap!
