Kevin was extremely professional and fixed the problem with only one visit. Clear and straightforward pricing, no hidden costs. He identified the issue and ordered the correct replacement parts beforehand and so the repair was able to be completed within one visit. Kevin was great. Came when he said he would. He uses a tracker so you can see when he on his way. Someone had looked at the machine not so long ago but the problem continued. Kevin was meticulous in working through and diagnosing the problem.

Kevin was able to fit my job in on the same day that the machine broke down, which was brilliant as the tenant had only reported the problem in the morning. They were very happy and so was I. The cost of the repair was covered by a very reasonable call out charge. Would definately recommend Kevin
