Great service all round. New electrics installed in our kitchen and can't fault the work Craig did for us. Very punctual in communications and competitively price. Would definitely hire again.

Craig was great with communications before and after the works. MW electrics were also very fair with the EV box work pricing, as the wiring installation was not as complex as initially thought. They supplied all the power supply notifications, and certificates very promptly, too. Clearly they were very professional, and were concerned to follow regulations.

Craig from M&W Electrical Services came to quote for a car charger installation. As it turned out, a complete electrical set-up was not needed, as a breaker box was already in place to use. So the quote was very fair. Had a few problems with the EV box and associated App, but that's not his problem. (Avoid Luceco / Masterplug / SynchEV EV boxes) M&W quickly followed up with all the relevant Certificates, and notifications to the electric distribution people. On the back of this great work, we asked M&W to re-located our main fuse box, very tricky due to positioning. But this too was done well.

Craig very quickly messaged me and arranged to visit. But I realised the underfloor heating was working, just very slowly. Craig called me and we discussed probably reasons and options but decided didn’t want to proceed with work and to just put up with it.
