Craig very quickly messaged me and arranged to visit. But I realised the underfloor heating was working, just very slowly. Craig called me and we discussed probably reasons and options but decided didn’t want to proceed with work and to just put up with it.

Craig conducted a survey and EICR on a home we were buying and carried out the remedial works including installing a new consumer unit, an additional circuit for the oven, removing a redundant circuitboard, and rewiring light fittings.
