Single storey extension including kitchen, bathroom, utility and office plus associated landscaping. We had an excellent experience. Mark is a trustworthy and experienced builder who can turn his hand to most things. He is able to respond positively and effectively to any problems or difficulties that arise and keeps his clients informed of progress on a daily basis. He remained on site throughout the project and managed his time well. His drive to produce quality work gave confidence from the offset. We would highly recommend Mark to complete or manage any building work.

The work was completed competently and on time. We were kept regularly informed of progress which was important as we were 300 miles away. We were very happy with communications. The finished work was left very clean and tidy and we were very pleased with it.

Mark gave me a very reasonable estimate for hanging a new door I had purchased. I needed a little extra labour for fitting windows and furniture and nothing seemed a problem or an issue. His communication/ liaising prior to the job was great. I always got a timely reply. The job was completed on time and left tidy. I had a closer inspection and realised a couple of issues to raise due to the lock and door handle needing some extra attention. Mark came back promptly to rectify the issues and took time to get another lock himself. I will definitely use Mark again for any maintenance jobs.

Mark did an excellent job of replacing some rotten timber on our porch roof. He is extremely conscientious in his work and very tidy and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking for a general builder.

Mark has been very courteous and thorough in his planning and work. He kept the place very tidy (in fact you'd have never known he was there once he'd finished!) and took extra care when working over our neighbours roof. He's very friendly and approachable, and after seeing the work he did for a family member in very glad we asked him to quote us for our work. I look forward to having him back again and would recommend him to anyone.
