  I needed a gas engineer urgently to fix the boiler of one of my rental properties. Malcolm came out, was reliable, fixed the issue and, initially, gave me proactive advice on what needs doing at the next boiler service. I would definitely use him again for my other buy to lets.

  Leaking water tank.

  I had a bad water leak, which came through the ceiling. Was let down by a plumber, called Malcolm who came out the same day. He was quick, repaired the fault and explained what had happened. Polite and courteous at all stages. 10/10 would recommend him to anyone.

  Required a heating engineer for annual boiler service and contacted Malcolm at MWC Mechanical Services. He got us booked in very quickly. When he attended he was very tidy and professional and very informative. Highly recommend. Will be using him next year for our boiler service.
