Matt was excellent. He arrived at short notice exactly when he said he would even though late in the evening, was respectful of our property and diagnosed the issue quickly. Matt was incredibly flexible with his ability to fit my job around my work schedule. He was efficient in finding out where my leak was coming from and fixed the issue thoroughly in good time. Matt left my bathroom clean and tidy and the work he did looks very neat. The problem was fixed and Matt even contacted me the next day to make sure it was definitely fixed.
