10 Service to my 4yr old boiler.

System was installed without a rheostat on the water heater which, after being manually started, resulted in scorchingly hot water after 40 minutes. Installer took several days to respond to my phone calls. Another central heating company tells me that it is a Building Regulation that a rheostat be fitted with any new water heater; I presume this means at the point of installation. Installer says the rheostat wasn't fitted as I had said I ''don't want a mess to be made of the house''.Verified reviewerJob location: CH4710 Gas connection & Hob fitting

Moved a radiator and dealt with some extra fiddly pipe work to get it shifted. Mark and team were great - polite, courteous, tidy, turned up when they said they would and helped us out with a minor issue (not of their making) after the job was done. Spotted a small none urgent leak. Back the following day to take the floor boards up and fix the issue. He explained all options, possible outcomes, and was very clear. The price was good.
